BUSINESS SERVICES Electronic Funds Transfer INITIATIVE!

ACH Direct Deposit is our preferred method of payment for vendors with a US bank account.

GOAL:  To have all new vendors paid by direct deposit to their bank account, and transition existing vendors  from paper checks to direct deposit into their bank accounts.

BENEFITS TO VENDORS INCLUDE:

  • Efficient and secure receipt of payments;
  • Eliminate delays due to mailing through the Postal Service, and prevent checks from being mailed to an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • The opportunity for vendors to choose an ACH format that provides them greater detail relating to each payment.

To receive all future payments by ACH direct deposit, sign up with the State of Maryland at:  https://www.marylandtaxes.gov/divisions/gad/eft-program.php Use the links at the bottom of the page for information and registration.  Complete and submit the Form GADX-10.
