ACH Direct Deposit is our preferred method of payment for vendors with a US bank account.
GOAL: To have all new vendors paid by direct deposit to their bank account, and transition existing vendors from paper checks to direct deposit into their bank accounts.
BENEFITS TO VENDORS INCLUDE:
- Efficient and secure receipt of payments;
- Eliminate delays due to mailing through the Postal Service, and prevent checks from being mailed to an incorrect or incomplete address;
- The opportunity for vendors to choose an ACH format that provides them greater detail relating to each payment.
